Linda is a friend of mine that I met on Facebook, and by way of a simple introduction, Linda is a stanch Ron Paul supporter and well...that's about all that I know.

I apologise for the rather lame introduction! Hey Linda, how about you introducing yourself to the group? Don't worry---Doc Trock and Imaginethat and the others won't bite, I promise!

Oh, and Linda...Just FYI: (The short story of this forum's origins) Covert Conservatives is a NEOCON RUN web forum that we all kinda got tired of, and so our founder, AntiantiAmericans, was kind enough to create this forum for us, and we hope to take it beyond that scope and with you as our first non-Coverts refugee--with more to come, I hope!---we can make that dream happen!

I know that reading some of the comments, it might seem like we are really weird here. But after you get to know some of us, you will see that in fact, we are weird.

I think that Linda might feel a bit intimidated by the fact that we all know each other from another site. I hope that is not the case. But I wouldn't blame her if she did. It would be tantamount to moving into town and trying to find a new church, and not knowing anybody. At any rate, all of us need to recruit more "non covert refugees", so that we can liven up this place and really give this place its own personal touch.

All kidding aside, we are a good group of folks, been bashed at times mercilessly by some who still reside at our former "meeting place," and being here is like being on a beach next to blue water.
