I just wanted to get everyone's thoughts on the Credit Rating downgrade, which happened in spite of the deal cut my Congressional Republicans with themselves.

It was long overdue......the US has been defaulting since 1971, because they pay back debt with money that is worth substantially less than the money they borrowed.

Just the mere fact that this didn't happen during Bush's administration shows the power of the US Federal Government and its influence on private organizations.
