4th amendment abuse by local sheriff

The man violated by the Sheriff is the brother of someone I know quite well. This is yet another example of grievous abuse by the SLO country LEO's....we've got stuff like this going on all the time. This is why I tell my kids: "Don't talk to the cops. Have nothing to do with them."
The man lives in a rural area and was target shooting on his property...nothing wrong with that. He broke no laws, had no prior arrests, and had registered firearms safely stored in a legal, responsible manner.
The sheriff, on the other hand, was just a mean son-of-a-bitch.
This is just another isolated incident among thousands of other isolated incidents that occur all over the nation. It's far worse than people wish to admit.
