I just read a sad note from Fatherducque over at CC that Carl is moving into a hospice. Please pray! Sad

Carl S. Palnik - 52, of Harleysville, PA died on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at Keystone Hospice.

Born in Philadelphia, PA to Katharina (Hotz) Palnik and the late Karl Palnik.

Carl graduated from Lower Moreland High School, class of 1976. He attended Indiana Institute of Technology.

Carl was an avid world traveler, an outdoorsman and a collector of rare books. He was employed by PRIMEX of Doylestown. Carl was well respected in a highly technical field.

He is survived by: Steven Palnik (Son) of Perkasie, PA; Jonathan Palnik (Son) of Perkasie, PA; Matthew Hellman (Son) of Quakertown, PA; Linde Roth (Sister) & husband, William of Chalfont, PA; Robert Palnik (Brother) & wife, Betty Ann of North Kingstown, RI; Christine Torban (Sister) & husband, Clifford of Harleysville, PA; 5 Nephews and 3 Nieces.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, August 15, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Anders Detweiler Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 East Broad Street, Souderton, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: American Cancer Society, 480 Norristown Road, Suite 150, Blue Bell PA 19422.
